Conditions of the participation in
2. PhotoQuest and QuizTour 2006
1. Organizers
The German ACE - Auto Club Europa e.V. in the Uckermark (Car Club Europe in Uckermark) organizes the Photo-Quest and Quiz-Tour for the second time already. The tour is supposed to take place between March 15th and October 15th.
The booklets of participation have to be handed in together with your photos and the extras that you have collected during the rally. by November 1st to Barbara Darge.
2. Participants
When going by car all those having a drivers license can take part in the tour, you don’t have to be a member of any a car club. Of course you can also enjoy the ralley with public transport when not having a drivers license.
The participants going by car should drive carefully and strive to be a good example to others.
3. Registration and registration fees
When registering for the 2. PhotoQuest and QuizTour 2006 you will have to pay 10 Euro registration fee, when receiving the booklet of participation, including the coupons.Teams of more than two people will have to pay an additional 10 Euro for the registration of the team. The coupons are valid only when taking part in the rally. After having registered, we can unfortunately not return the registration fee, in case that you can not take part.
4. Rules of taking part in the tour
You can start the rally immediately after receiving the booklet of participation. There is no order in which you have to visit the places of interest chosen by us in the booklet. But it is very important that you find all the mentioned places and visit them. As a prove for that, you have to collect stamps in selected places. In the exceptional case that you can not collect a stamp (e.g. the checkpoint is closed) you can prove your presence with a photo or a stamp.
5. Competition and distribution of the prizes
When giving away the prizes we will take into account the number of points that you have collected in your booklet as well as your answers to the questions given. Remember that we can take into account only your answers, when they contain relevant information and answer to the question.
The participants will receive one point for each question and five for visiting the point of interest, that we have chosen with the picture. In each country (Germany and Poland) we have picked three extra places, that we award with ten points, when you visit them.
Those that recognize the extra places and can prove their presence with a photo, will receive for the additional points plus 10 points for each.
When you collect a minimum of 70 points, you will take part in the drawing of lot at the end of our competition.

You can collect extra points when crossing the border (when crossing the German-Polish border) and when visiting the points of interests on the other side of the border. You will receive an extra 10 points for each point of interest that you visit abroad (taking into account that you cross the border!)

Those using public transport or doing part of the rally by bicycle or on feet will be awarded with special prices (remember to save your tickets, photos etc as a prove!). These special prizes will be drawn by the lot on November 25th 2006.
Furthermore all participants will receive a commemorative medal during the closing ceremony.
6. Participation of teams or clubs
Each team or club with at least two participants, can take part after having paid the registration fee and delivering us a list of the participants names. We will add all points of the team members to a final result. The biggest team (in number of participants)
The three best teams will receive special prizes, the other teams will receive a commemorative medal.
7. Acceptance of rules of participation
All participants accept these conditions of participation, when registering for the rally. We will not accept any protest from participants during the drawing of the lot or against rules of competition.
The organizers are not responsible for damage happening to participants, means of transport or any belongings of the participants during the rally. When taking part in the rally you act on your own risk.
